Hostos Community College - Continuing Education and Professional Studies  Hostos offers a variety of free and low-cost classes at their South Bronx campus designed to meet the needs of the South Bronx and Upper Manhattan Communities. 

NYC Department of Education - Office of Adult and Continuing Education (OACE)  Learning Leaders is pleased to partner with OACE, the largest adult education provider in New York State.  OACE offers basic education and vocational education classes to adults age 21 and older at locations throughout New York City. All classes are completely free of charge and are taught by certified teachers. OACE represents a valuable resource to adults interested in completing a high school degree or GED, acquiring vocational training, or improving their English language competency.
