The Carol Kellerman Scholarship

College Scholarships for Learning Leaders Volunteers

The Board of Trustees of Learning Leaders, Inc. has established the Carol Kellermann Scholarship Program in recognition of her outstanding leadership as President and Executive Director of Learning Leaders from 1998 to 2002. The scholarships are available to women who are active Learning Leaders volunteers for undergraduate study at any City University of New York (CUNY) institution.

Awards

Up to four Carol Kellermann Scholarships will be awarded by Learning Leaders to women for the Fall 2008 semester. Each award will be up to $2,000 per year for up to four years. The award is renewable for consecutive years, providing the student remains in good standing (2.0 GPA), and there is no significant change in the student’s financial situation.

The scholarship program is being administered for Learning Leaders by the Jewish Foundation for Education of Women (JFEW), an organization that provides scholarships to women of all faiths in the New York City area.
